By accessing or using C.A.I Sports ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
C.A.I Sports provides AI-powered sports analysis and picks for entertainment and informational purposes only. We are not a sportsbook and do not accept, facilitate, or process any bets or wagers. The Service provides analysis and opinions, not financial or gambling advice.
There is no guarantee that following the picks or analysis provided by C.A.I Sports will result in profit. Sports betting involves inherent risk, and past performance does not guarantee future results. You acknowledge that you may lose money.
You must be at least 18 years of age (or the legal age in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. By subscribing, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and that sports betting is legal in your jurisdiction.
Subscription payments are processed through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges at the selected plan interval (weekly or monthly). You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Stripe customer portal or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods.
New subscribers may be eligible for a free trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your payment method will be charged at the standard subscription rate.
All picks, analysis, content, and materials provided through the Service are the intellectual property of C.A.I Sports. Picks are for your personal use only. You may not redistribute, resell, share, screenshot, or publish any picks or analysis from the Service without written permission.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms, including but not limited to redistribution of picks, fraudulent activity, or abusive behavior.
C.A.I Sports is not liable for any financial losses resulting from the use of our picks or analysis. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 30 days preceding the claim.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
